TRUTH

The burden of Truth is speaking it;

The evidence of Truth is living it;

The weight of Truth is baring it;

The Joy of Truth is sharing it…

Wipe all doubt from your thinking. But first, acknowledge that you still fear. God’s Truth cannot be understood until we can admit that we fear God, for it is through our fear that the understanding finally dawns on our hearts that we need God more then we know. When THIS Truth dawns on my heart, then I will begin to understand the urgency and importance of knowing God’s Truth sharing God’s Truth, living it, believing it and speaking God’s Truth in all that I do.

God is so reliable in every way. In the harshest moments of my life it is the Truth of God found on His Words that I am always able to fall back on. Yet the more I immerse myself in God’s Word and saturate my heart and soul with His Truth the less I will need to fall back upon His Truth because I will embody His Truth. And still, the more I embody His Truth the more I will long to desire for His Truth to constantly replenish my soul and fill my spirit.

The burden of Truth is speaking it;

The evidence of Truth is living it;

The weight of Truth is baring it;

The Joy of Truth is sharing it…

As Truth becomes the bedrock of my daily existence, (the very entity which I choose to live my life according to and stand upon) I find a life enriched with wisdom, joy, strength and all the things found in God that He offers and everything that He has. And so the reward of Truth is immeasurable, the greatest reward being an eternity of sharing in Truth’s ultimate gift… the saving Grace and unending love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

The burden of Truth is, at once, also it’s eternal reward. Peace, Sean Gutteridge

Today’s Scripture:

Isaiah 40:8

The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.
