The Good Wife
Be she soft in word and gentle while still standing her ground in her rebukes, with wisdom and thoughtfulness, these are merely the beginnings of a great woman. She will stand for you and destroy all who rise against you and woe to them who dare seek to do harm to her children for there is nothing to save them from her unleashed fury. She will steal your heart with a glance, she will capture your soul with her touch but never crush either one, treating both heart and soul that she now owns with the greatest of care. She beguiles with her smooth Grace and elegance and never seeks to be more then who she is. She is honest and loyal and her integrity will rise so high she will raise your own character with it. She is most comfortable in submission and longs to be nurtured and led, but her strength will always demand that in your lack of wisdom you will be forced to work hard to find all decisions made be founded in wisdom… and when wisdom is lacking she will not budge until wisdom is found. Her tears are genuine and her heart is true and at the end of your days, you will wonder how you ever could have survived without her at your side… and thank The Lord that you never had to try. She will never waiver in her faithfulness to you and you will find her to be your greatest Joy and most precious treasure, having been made into a much better man because of her beautiful qualities. She will often be stubborn, she will sometimes be wrong, but in her humility she will always seek out forgiveness first and will not rest until all things between you and she are right and well.
This is my wife. She has every one of these qualities and so many more. A generous nature, a kind and loving heart; a tender soul and the best of mothers, no one could I find to be called the best of all friends. If you are fortunate to find a woman like this, make one wise choice and don’t let her go. The greatest choice I ever made was realizing what I had and securing Rene as my wife. I was fortunate that perhaps she had a brief lapse in judgement! But she has made me a better man! I found a great blessing in her and I can only hope that my son finds a woman to be for him what his mother has been to me. I can only hope that my daughter will be this kind of woman, as well, and… that she will find a husband to appreciate these qualities and virtues as I have appreciated her mother.
A virtuous woman is difficult to find these days. Even more rare is the man wise enough to recognize this woman when he finds her and takes care of her appropriately. I truly love my wife. She is the definition of the Proverbs 31 woman. Wow. . . she really is stunningly beautiful, from the inside (and without question) all the way out.

10 An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels.
11 The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain.
12 She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life.
13 She seeks wool and flax, and works with willing hands.
14 She is like the ships of the merchant; she brings her food from afar.
15 She rises while it is yet night and provides food for her household and portions for her maidens.
16 She considers a field and buys it; with the fruit of her hands she plants a vineyard.
17 She dresses herself with strength and makes her arms strong.
18 She perceives that her merchandise is profitable. Her lamp does not go out at night.
19 She puts her hands to the distaff, and her hands hold the spindle.
20 She opens her hand to the poor and reaches out her hands to the needy.
21 She is not afraid of snow for her household, for all her household are clothed in scarlet.
22 She makes bed coverings for herself; her clothing is fine linen and purple.
23 Her husband is known in the gates when he sits among the elders of the land.
24 She makes linen garments and sells them; she delivers sashes to the merchant.
25 Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come.
26 She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.
27 She looks well to the ways of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness.
28 Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her:
29 “Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all.”
30 Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.
31 Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her works praise her in the gates.
22 He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the LORD.
